Overview

This famous & exotic trekking opened for foreign trekkers only in 1992. The trek begins from the classic trekking route of Arughat (Soti khola) after a 8-9 hrs /BusJeep drive from Kathmandu.  The second itinerary starts from Barpak village and trail heads up to the next village of Laprak and rejoins the traditional Manaslu Circuit Trek through the Khorlabensi Village situated on the west bank of the Budi Gandaki river. The trail that passes through wild and unexplored villages inhabited mainly by Gurung, Ghale  & Tibetan ethnic communities.

The trail circumvents Mt. Manaslu (8 156 m) 8th in the world ranking through the valley of Budi Gandaki River and crosses the Larkya-la pass (5 135 m) and finally emerges onto the Marshyangdi river valley along the main trail of Annapurna Circuit Trek.

Manaslu Circuit Trekking is considered as one of the beaten path where modernity is still far being introduced in the area. The Manaslu Circuit trekking rewards the adventurous, unparalleled Alpine experience including the authentic high Himalayan cultural heritage.

The Tsum Valley

The hidden valley is an unexplored place. It is completely isolated from the modern development and opened this place for the tourism only in 2007. This place is so untouched that much religious and archaeological evidence is still same as it was thousand years ago. People still practice polyandry system (all the brother from the family get married same girl) and they follow unique culture and tradition.
